Tesla's Mobile Connector or a Lectron portable EVSE fits in your trunk. With a NEMA adapter kit, you can plug into dryer outlets (14-50), RV outlets (14-30), or standard wall outlets anywhere. Getting 20-30 miles per hour from a 240V outlet is plenty for overnight stops.
