Charging

Used battery preconditioning

Navigating to a Supercharger warms your battery automatically. Warmer battery = faster charging = less time waiting.

Cold batteries charge slowly — sometimes 50% slower. When you navigate to a fast charger, the car preheats the battery pack so you arrive at optimal temperature. In winter, this alone can save 15-20 minutes per charging stop. Works on most modern EVs, not just Tesla.
